I am a peanutbutteraholic.
I am also a chocolaholic.
Every morning now, for several years,
my breakfast mainstay is peanut butter toast
and a cup of hot cocoa, made with baking cocoa,
Stevia and almond milk. If you ask Ken,
he will reassure you that if I am out of my peanut butter
or cocoa, it is a bad day in black rock.
But when it's a two crust day, I'm in seventh Heaven!!
You know, when the last piece of a loaf is a crust
and the first piece from a new loaf is a crust.
That is the day that starts out perfect.
Ah yes, today was a two crust day!!!

Thats interesting. I always leave the first crust to cover the rest of the loaf, then eat them together. I have started eating a high fiber per slice bread. The slice count is one off. I always end up with a slice and and end. Because I CANNOT use the crust end from the next loaf and leave the rest of the loaf unended I give that last piece of crust to the squirrels who love the multi grain and sunflower seeds in it. I like that toast with strawberry whipped cream cheese on it. Add a cup of coffee with french vanilla creamer and I'm set.
