This princess cake was done for my grand daughter Tara, several years ago. The carriage is a sugar mold, and the doll body is in royal icing. Some day, I'll have an occasion I hope, to do this one again!
This tree was also a really fun cake, made for my friends birthday. The cake was stacked and cut into shape, then fondant was sculpted around, and the decorations were also in fondant.
