The Path

I have always been intrigued by paths.
Garden paths, nature paths,
Paths that draw
me in to an unknown
destination,
I love the textures they create,

making the journey through their winding
trails more beautiful.
Through garden gates,

lined with stone,
or soft floral carpets,
I trod on to reach quaint little places
 tucked away where least expected,
and find a peace and tranquility
meant just for me at that moment.

Ahhhh, take me away! I also love paths and gates...places that lead to the unknown. I always wonder "Where does it lead to?". Thank you for the lovely photos and thoughts! Enjoy your evening!

Paths and trails. Those kinds of paintings and pictures draw me in, too.

Many just don't realize how important a path is in setting the tone of a garden. I love paths and would love to have the funds to create just what I want and not what I can physically and financially design.

So beautiful! I love nature and wish that this time of year (without the heat) could stay just a few more months of the year! <3
