Two weeks ago, I joined the little Methodist church in the small village of Lakeport. My only regret, is that I didn't go with my sister before she died. I love this church, and the people are so genuine and full of love and grace. I take my nieces now, and today one of the members kindly took our picture outside the front of the church. Aren't these girls precious!? I just dropped them off at home, I'm wiped out! I really need to get more toys, games, and activities for young hands. They truly are the little delights of my heart. How was your Sunday?

I am glad you found the right church for you. I grew up worshiping in a small white painted wooden Methodist church and it gave me a good foundation. Glad those girls are going with you.
So wonderful that you can spend time with your neices!

My Sunday was just lovely. Our little grandson went to church with us, he sang all the way home. A nice nap in the afternoon too. Yes, the little ones can wear us out.

Sounds like a fulfilling Sunday. Kids do wear you out! We also went to church, then stopped at our daughter's and our granddaughter wanted to come home with us, so we had a three year old for the day. What fun!
So wonderful to find a good church home! Wonderful also that you showed your neices a fun time! They will remember you always!
