Today my heart is so heavy with the tragedy in Connecticut. I urge all of you to please pray for the families, children, administrators and officials who are so traumatized by the events. I pray the white light of the Holy Spirit wrap them in His love, and peace.

Yes. We're praying here. Our hearts are heavy. There is a terrible evil that's happening in our nation. The people of God need to humble themselves, pray, seek God's face, and turn from our own wicked ways, ways that are apart from Him. Only then will our land be healed. (II Chronicles 7:14) If only we'd been doing that all along...
What a terrible tragedy.
Were all praying sweetheart, I feel the whole country is. Thanks for the kind words on my blog! I needed that. Hugs, Pearl
Hi Laurie, Thanks so much for coming by and for your parayers for our state. The feeling of our area has changed so much. The store haven't been crowded but EVERYONE says Merry Christmas instead of Happy Holidays. People are kinder but heartbroken. My kids went to school with Dawn's (the principle)daughters. It was a four hour wait to get into her wake~ when we left at 8:15 there was still a huge line outside. Her precious daughters and Mom looked everyone in the eye and said thank you.I wish you a blessed, beautiful Christmas ~ your such a sweetheart! What a beautiful idea for the nursing homes! Love, Terri
