Pincushion Project

I'm in a pincushion swap in my crazy quilting group, World Wide Crazy Quilters. It had to be made of wool. So while browsing through Pinterest, I found a pattern for this little owl. I think they're so cute!
With a little tweaking I was able to make it work for this. My husband said if he didn't know ahead of time it was an owl, he wouldn't have guessed. Is it that far off!?

Either way, I completed my first project from something I found on Pinterest!

Men!! It's very cute, it looks like an owl and I love the little embroidery on the tummy. Pinterest is so addictive. I love it though, don't you? Blessings, Diane

What do men know... except when they're fortunate to choose the right women.
I think its cute, its your interpretation of something you saw and artistic license allows you to make it any way you want.
Love all your dog and kittie pics.
Have a great week.

Hi girlfriend. I am thawing out nicely now. Though I am sad about my trees. I lost so many. They got the tree off my car today and would you believe not one scratch or dent.
I am loving your sweet little owl.
I shall now have to break down and start looking at Pinterest more. Thanks for your sweet comments.
