In One Word,

Marilyn, Delights of the Heart, has an awesome blog. She has challenged her readers to come up with a word for the year. A word could sum up a goal or dream you have for the new year? An aspiration? I have a word, and on the first of January I'll reveal what it is.
Do you have a word? What do you aspire to in 2012? In just one word, think, what would it be?

Last new years I did this. I kept it in front of me all year long and it's a great idea. I'll go along. I just have to think of one even better than last year. Diane

I have a word. Quiet. I find myself saying something I shouldn't far too often. I need to turn off my "teacher voice" now, especially since I've been retired from that profession for five years now. 8-)

Oh thanks for playing along. It is amazing the impact of focusing on one word can be. I have done this for longer than I have blogged because I never could keep a resolution and figured one word would be easier to remember. It has been an amazing journey from patience, grace, joy, believe, and this year passion. I will be back to see what your word it.
