After Toby was neutered, he left the house for living outside. I was distraught at the fact that he had just been fixed, and now he was running away. When I saw he was living in the wood pile, I was more relieved, but he was in no way going to come back inside. Miss Pearl said that after enjoying his freedom, he would rejoin the family.
And he has! He sleeps inside most of the day, then goes out to be with his peeps. Toby then comes in for the night, sleeping on the cat blanket on my bed. Again, I have my affectionate, loving and loyal cat back. All is well!

So, if they did "that" to us (being "fixed") wouldn't you pout in the woods for a while? Just to make them feel guilty? Yeppers..he's back. Good for you. Good for him :-)
That is too sweet. Now he's got a day job and gets to home at night :)
Whew! I know how distressing something like that can be. It's SO nice to hear that things are peaceful once again. Diane
As soon as I saw your post, I yelled he's back! I'm so happy for you and your sweet baby Laurie, I bet you sleep well tonight. Love, Pearl
Oh that's so sweet. I am yelling right along with Pearl ( we ladies in WA are loud). I am heading back down to railroad days as last night I forgot my camera. So hope to get some pics to show you.
