By Friday afternoon, my kids were finally able to move to their coop. Thank God, because my bathroom that morning smelled like a giant brooder! They're quite happy as you can see, and even today the difference in their size is quite noticeable!
Precious, looking at the camera, is very inquisitive, and always looking my way. She also likes to preen the other girls. She loves the top roost already, and spends much of her time perched high. So far, she has developed such a cute, entertaining personality!
They are all enjoying the roosts though, warming themselves under the heat lamp.
Sweet Bella, posing for a photo op!
I won't bore you with tons of pictures, just updates now and then on their growth and beauty as the mature. But, when that first egg is laid, watch out!!

It's a good thing you love those chicks. I think they're coming into their "homely" stage!

What cuties!!! This week-end in our town, there's the "Tour de Coop"..like the Parade of Homes, only for chicken coops! Our neighbor is having her's in the tour :-)
Also, I am reading a GREAT book " The Chicken Chronicles: Sitting with the Angels" by Alice Walker..I recommend it - you'll LOVE it!
