Crazy Quilt Progress

I've been busy working on pillow tops, and have 2 going right now. This is the kitten one I started in Metemora. The ribbons at the bottom , I may take out and do in a darker color. You can see the details better by enlarging the picture, the threads aren't showing up so great.
This is the one receiving a little more attention, I'm having a hard time putting this one down!

I saw a butterfly on one of Tisha's in Metemora, and had to give it a try. Not as pretty as hers, I'm still pleased with the outcome. Off to do more stitching!

Your stitching and embellishments are so beautiful. You have a lovely hand and I admire this kind of work so much. Alas, I'm not patient enough to do this. Blessings, Diane

Your stitching is fantastic. You have to promise to show the whole pillow when it is done. Allergies have my eyes watering up so stitching has been difficult. :-(

I'm popping over from Diane's blog. Your stitching is gorgeous. I don't sew and am always impressed by the work of others in this area. Especially crazy quilts as there is so much attention to detail and I love how they are so beautifully pieced together. Your ginger kittens look like our Jingles. I have many street cats that I feed. Ones that you can tell have been in a home before and then tossed away. Breaks my heart. Wish I could take them all in, but my hubby and Jingles are not going for that scenario at all. Hope you are having a great day. :) Tammy
