Just A Picture of a Mother and her... Daughter?

No, you're eyes do not decieve you, Mitzi is "nursing" on Molly. Since the day Mom brought Mitzi home, she has taken Molly as her new mother. she "nurses" herself to sleep nightly, which is one of the big reasons she was so happy to see Molly move in with us. And Molly? She is quite content to let her. Even though she isn't a tiny, 5 week kitten anymore, (she was taken away from her moma way to early) Molly still baby's and takes care of her.  The wonders of nature!

Oh, how sweet. Animals can be so understanding of each other - sometimes. They have such wonderful ways. I, too, hope you're feeling much better.

Good grief Laurie! Where have I been.... don't ask. I was reading your older posts trying to catch up with what you've been doing. Falling off a chair, now that takes the cake. I am so sorry that you got hurt. The pain must have been terrible. I remember falling down the stairs landing on my bum and breaking my tail bone. I rode around on one of those crazy plastic donnuts for months. Everyone had a good laugh... not funny. I do hope you are much better now. I'm thinking of you. Sharon(again)
