Doctor Appointment!

WOW Laurie! That is such WONDERFUL news! Yea YOU! I so admire your taking control and deciding to DO something about your life/diet/exercise in order to get that sugar under control. We all have the power, but it takes coming to a decision to act on it. So proud OF you and FOR you!
