Today I took my camera out to see what things in nature held me in awe. Sitting on the glider at my niece's, enjoying the quiet over a cup of fresh brewed coffee, I saw three bugs that upon closer examination, struck me as being the most beautiful creatures.
I looked so closely at the beetle that was walking around the side table, and was awestruck at her beauty. Every marking on her was so perfect, so symmetrical. Her colors were so vivid.

Great pictures, Jayne. And great subject. Even a tiny little insect is a miracle of God.
Great Pictures! The one that looked like a gold ladybug...at first I thought it was a pic of an enameled pin!!!
I haven't seen that other bug before...beautiful
Beautiful bugs, thanks for sharing.
Your mystery bug is a ladybug larva.
I've seen them before but never knew what they were either. They sure are pretty though.
Ladybug larva! I never would have guessed. :c) Wonderful photos of God's tiny creatures.
They do look pretty through your eyes, but, other than fuzzy caterpillars or lady bugs, I'm not too fun of the little buggars! Great photos! The fist one looks like a jewel!
Have you ever looked at a dragon fly up close. Wow They really have the colors. Great post. Our creator gave us a lot to look at and enjoy. I take the time everyday to really look. So many people say they don't have time and that is sad. Sharon
Aaaah quiet time, it's amazing what we can see! Beautiful post Laurie, love ya!
Great pics! I thought that the beetle was a pin also. It looks like a piece of jewelry!
